A very important event just concluded at The University of Cambodia, which is the conferment of the Honorary Doctorate in Leadership to H.E. Dr. Vincent Meriton, the 4th Vice President of the Republic of Seychelles, followed by the Distinguished Lecture Series on the Topic: "Youth and Sport - Non Denomination Diplomacy of Young Leadership" .
