16 and 17 August 2023 Small Sendoff Party and at the Airport Cambodia-Timor-Leste-Friendship Scholarships Program In 2019, The University of Cambodia welcomed ten (10) outstanding students from Timor-Leste who studied their Bachelor's Degree at UC as full scholars. Four years later, they have finished their degrees and are preparing to return home. Among the ten, five of them returned to Timor-Leste today, August 17, 2023 and they will come back in December 2023 for their graduation ceremony. However, the other five will stay until December 2023.
